The water sports club in question manages a charming marina in Wijk en Aalburg, located on the banks of the picturesque Afgedamde Maas. This location is surrounded by the beautiful river landscape of the Netherlands, in the area of Heusden and Altena, where you can find the historic fortified towns of Heusden and Woudrichem. Along the river Meuse, there are beautiful beaches and quiet spots where visitors can fully enjoy nature and serenity.

The association runs entirely on dedicated volunteers. They offer excellent facilities to members, including moorings, slipway and hoisting facilities, and winter storage. Moreover, they organise various activities ranging from youth sailing to tours and sailing and fishing competitions. The clubhouse, called "Bolzicht," is a welcoming meeting place with a beautiful view of the majestic Meuse, which is open daily to members and passers-by.

Passers-by are welcomed with open arms at this marina. Here you will find a peaceful harbour surrounded by an enchanting landscape. The possibility of using loan bicycles makes it easy to do shopping in the village and explore the surroundings. The cycle junction route runs alongside the port, making it ideal for exploring by bike.

Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to call tel. 0416 691800.

The dedicated harbour masters are ready to assist you further. You will receive keys for the gate, sanitary facilities and the clubhouse "Bolzicht" from the harbour master. They can also inform you about available loan bicycles and the use of the barbecue.

From 16:00 onwards, it is compulsory to pay harbour fees.

If the harbour master on duty is not present at the time of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave the key and the mooring fee indicating your name, address and boat name in the mailbox of the harbour office.
