Pleased to meet you
The original members, since 1983, have spared no expense and put a lot of energy into the creation of our beautiful marina, an association marina! Together with the members, we strive to maintain the marina in the best possible way, and we appreciate your help and understanding in this.
Our marina is not a commercial port, which allows us to charge very friendly rates for both members and guests. On the other hand, we expect our guests to behave as "friends" and help us keep our marina beautiful and livable. We offer more than 100 beautiful moorings and plenty of space for smaller (fishing) boats. We have a modern and safe boat crane with a lifting capacity of up to 18 tonnes. Our sanitary building is spacious and well cared for, with lovely showers you can use free of charge. Right next to the marina you will find a great playground for children.
WSV Het Esmeer welcomes you to our club marina, conveniently located and easily accessible in the middle of the Bommelerwaard. It is an excellent area to recreate and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, nature and sights. Our marina offers extensive facilities, such as free drinking water and electricity on all jetties, free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped toilet and shower room that you can use free of charge. In the evening and night hours, this building is closed, but you can always gain access with your passport. We kindly ask you to leave the building tidy and lock it again after using it in the evening and night hours. If you need to do laundry, our harbourmaster will be happy to help you.
We expect our guests to behave like "friends" and help us keep our marina beautiful and livable.
How to reach our marina?
The WSV Het Esmeer harbour is located at Het Esmeer, a former sand excavation near the Afgedamde Maas. If you come from the direction of Waal/Merwede, you can reach the marina via the Wilhelmina locks at Andel. About 20 minutes sailing from the lock, turn left immediately after the unloading quay at Poederoijen onto the Esmeer. If you come from the direction of Heusden/Bergsche Maas, sail past Wijk en Aalburg until about 700 m past the ferry Aalst - Veen (at the Neptunus shipyard), then turn right onto the Esmeer. After about 400 m you will arrive at our marina.
It is advisable to register yourself with our harbour master in advance (06-46391496), so that we can reserve a suitable berth for you.
We wish you a pleasant stay!
